Follow up Email After an Interview - No Response?
You know that feeling when you become obsessed with your emails and phone calls after an interview, waiting to know if you got the job?
Today, I am going to show you what to do if it's been several days, and you didn't hear back from the interviewer.
More precisely, I am going to show you, step by step, hoe to follow up after a job interview.
But just before, we have to get some things straight.
First, don't panic. Interviewers, HR people, and recruiters are busy people, maybe they didn't reach out yet because they simply didn't have the time. It doesn't mean you're a bad candidate, it just means they had to finish up some other urgent tasks before giving answers to the interviewees.
Second, be patient. The worst thing you can do at this stage is following up too early. Be confident, you know your own value right? Act like it.
And then and only then, you can follow up. In the video, I go over how to follow up, what elements to include in your email and I also share my personal template I use to get answers fast.
I also go over what to do, if nothing happens after your initial follow up.
