A lack of flexibility and strength in the wrist is a major factor in repetitive motion injuries (RMI), carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and other health problems which are common for musicians and desk workers such as designers, programmers, and PC gamers.

This is a routine I've developed over the years, inspired by my experience with martial arts, calisthenics, playing musical instruments, and spending a lot of time working at a computer desk.
