What I used:

Black Card Stock for base - 5 3/4 x 4 1/4
White card stock for stamping and cut outs
Craft scissors
ColorBox Petal ink pads- light blue and dark bue
Copics- C-1, C-5, B00, B02, B05, BG 05, 0.05 black multiliner
liquid craft glue
Double sided tape
