About this video:
In this full bench test I put the Fogatti InstaCool Pro 180 (18,000 BTU) non-ducted rooftop air conditioner through its paces to see how it actually performs on cooling power, noise, and smart features — without mounting it on an RV.
I safely wired it up on the workbench, tested every mode, measured real temperatures, paired the WiFi app, and checked the remote and built-in LED light.
Key results from the test:
Strong, fast cooling (intake ~70°F → exhaust ~52°F)
Very quiet operation — one of the quietest rooftop units I’ve tested
Excellent WiFi app with timers, usage reports, and full control
Standard 14×14" cutout — easy drop-in for most non-ducted RVs, vans & campers
Full disclosure: Fogatti sent this unit to me free for an honest review. They knew upfront this was a bench test only.
If you’re looking to replace or upgrade a non-ducted rooftop AC on a larger RV, travel trailer, van, or camper (especially in hot climates), this is a serious contender.
