HISTORY OF THE PROJECT
So, from what I have managed to piece together, the Kuiyu Chouyuan project was created by a Chinese animator/director for the big screen, but he had a problem with the investor and it got scrapped. There are also rumours of him, going off to make a series, which some believe is why Fog Hill came about - note the fire character. Other sources say he made Fog for the fans that were awaiting Kuiyu Chouyuan, as a farewell. Information is very hard to come by, so if you know different - holla!
I made this edit as a way of keeping the two outputs together in one place. I do not own any rights, I just wanted to spread his talent and share the entertainment value.
