This video was made for a program I'm apart of and it was to demonstrate the concept of 'achieving personal significance'. I decided to make a video on Simba because he goes through a good portion of his life believing he killed his dad, which makes him think less of himself. Throughout the movie Simba learns that he needs to let go of the past and start believing that he can make a difference in his future. Achieving personal significance is believing that you can fulfill your own destiny and not pretending to be perfect but rather always progression towards being authentic.
I personally love this attitude of thinking because I think that once you truly believe in yourself, no one can bring you down.

Hi guys! Pretty exciting moment because SayYouLikeMeStudios is now open!!! The thing that makes this collab group special is that it is combining all fandoms, editing styles and YouTubers together to make awesome videos. As you can see, animated movies, live action movies and TV shows are all allowed so it doesnt matter if you edit solely with Disney or Harry Potter, youre all welcome!
The name SayYouLikeMeStudios came from Say You Like Me by We The Kings and I picked it as the name for this group because the song talks about never giving up on someone and always fighting for them and I think thats a great thing for this group to symbolize.
HOW TO AUDITION:
- leave a video response to this video or the one on SayYouLikeMeStudios (here: http://www.youtube.com/user/SayYouLikeMeStudios )
- can be of anything or anyone e.g animated crossover or live action couple (doesnt even have to be people in a relationship I just want to see how you edit)
- can be a new or old video just make sure its your best work
- its not first come first serve, Ill be looking at your other videos on your channel as well
- can be of any length
RULES
- all editing programs are allowed
- No TABOO videos please, just because thats not what this groups about sorry
- I dont know how many members Im looking for at the moment it depends how many people show an interest
- Auditions will be open until Im happy with the amount of people (again, depends on how many people show an interest ;D)
