When I need to get a really difficult task done and stay fully focused, I follow a simple routine:

✅ Coffee first (especially in the morning)
⏱️ Set a 50–60 minute timer and work with zero distractions
📝 Write down random thoughts on a notepad/notes app
🗣️ Murmur while working
