With rank 150 in the rear view mirror we've got some breathing room. While one of my characters still needs to unlock a ton of legendary mod plans, something that occurred to me last week is to point out just how unnecessary it is to hoard stuff.
To that end I think we're going to try something that might make more than a few of you a little uneasy. We'll see how it goes.
