Leveled up the newbie pretty good and saved all the level ups and perk packs, which means today it's time to go through the new questline and turn this guy into a ghoul. Don't know much about how it works so we'll be finding out together, and there'll likely be more than a bit of fiddling with the build to see what the heck is going on with it.
