Been doing more than a little fishing and farming and practicing and it turns out the bottleneck to getting better fish is 100% luck, which we historically do not have much of. And it's become clear by now that there is pretty much a zero percent chance of landing anything that'll count on the fishing challenges with nothing but a Mk2 reel.
Today we're going to do the fishing daily and pray that we get a hook plan--so far it's been nothing but drippy furniture and worthless recipes--so we can maybe sorta kinda possibly have a chance to land an axolotl before June ends. Not looking likely but you never know.
Also we'll doing more than a few bait farming runs and I'll show you the route I take... maybe there'll be something in there that'll be useful for you.
