Testing the HRM-10 internal resistance tester (meter) from Fnirsi. It's intended to measure the internal resistance and the voltage of batteries, but it also seems to be able to measure the ESR of electrolytic capacitors and supercapacitors, and even resistances (resistors) down to sub milliohm values. This is possible thanks to its 4-wire Kelvin probes.
