I found one of @RainCHR video, where they make the characters sing the instrumental instead of the melody, and I loved this concept.
Ace's Ectospasm remix has an instrumental chart, so I made vocals to fit the chart, but I had to add some parts, since Ectospasm is mostly a duet song.

Most things are included in the mod folder, but theres very minor source code change (Like removing Story Mode), and some base game assets changes, so I included Psych Engine with it.
The chart is the same in all difficulties. The only thing that changes is the scroll speed (2 on easy, 2.5 on normal and 3 on hard)

MissingNo: Uses Paldos Piracy stage. The glitchy modchart wasnt ported over.
Countdown BETADCIU: Some characters didnt sing in the correct pitch. I fixed that. Also fixed some characters animations.
Ectospasm: Baldis ruler is now an instrument (Thanks to The Harmonica Loser !). Also fixed some missing notes.
Genocide: Completly recharted the playable side. Added custom notes based on the original genocide notes. Sakuroma uses her new sprites. Nikusa has her official voice. Background is modified to show a better sense of scale (Based on a critique from ゲーマーアキラちゃん)
Eggnog B-Side BETADCIU: Fixed some character animations
Zavodilla: Fixed both characters animations. Also some minor chart changes.
Psychic: No change
Sporting: Fixed both characters animations
Honorbound: Fixed both characters animations
Blaster BETADCIU: Fixed some characters animations
