In the Undertale song, you can call characters by phone in the middle of a song, and there's something about Frisk being controlled by a real player, which I didn't quite gunderstand.
In the Super Mario Brothers 3 song, you must dodge the Koopalings' actual attacks, just as you do in the game they originate from.
In Five Nights at Freddy's, you must concentrate on managing your power while keeping the animatronics away from the room you're in.
In Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, you'll need to dodge the snowballs
In Zelda, all you need to do is hit the shield notes to block link's attack.
As for Enter The Gungeon, I'm not entirely sure if it includes any specific mechanics, but the visual looks sick.
