This is Gamebreaker on the mobile port of FNF. There are a few issues with the mod, like the whole thing being an MP4 file and not an actual level, the MP4 file not being synced properly with the notes, the song not being in Pico's freeplay menu etc. At the end of the day, there's a lot to be desired with this V-Slice mod.
