I found this fanmade version of D-Sides Triple Troubles, and I loved it a lot, but what I loved even more was Ray's part (Just like Tails part in the OG Triple Trouble).

I was replaying it over and over, so I just wanted to make a standalone version, that evolved into that extended mix.
