his song was meant to be for a project, exactly a mod made by a friend, so far i don't know what's the state of the project, all i know is that there hasn't been any progress for a really, really long tim, so i decide to post this song.
I used the Zan Partizane's chromatic scale i did, as a placeholder for the voice of the rival, since they never give the vocals to do an actual voice for the character..

Okey, im pretty sure you are going to say that VS Penny is gonna have a V2 or a Remake update or Something like that, but the thing is thta, beside some art, me and Jozin havent actually work or make anything that could get to a reborn for our first mod.
However, i had this (along with some other things) in my files, stuff that i did for fun and well, i decide to just show them so they can see the light of day before they turn too old for me to actually plan to show them.
This one here is an old revamp version of Tic-Tick Tack, the first song of the mod. Its pretty old so it may sounds a bit weird.
