Even in the legacy port the third star was only unlocked from 4/20 Mode. I remember a long time ago back when the legacy mobile port was THE current mobile port, I rebeat everything except 4/20 Mode just to make a video showing that the third star didn’t come from 10/20 Mode. And yes by everything I did beat 10/20 Mode again (the second time I ever beat it).
