If you are having trouble with fail-safe on your drone this video might help.
I think the problem is somewhere within the receivers programming.
When you turn off your transmitter the flight controller must receive a pulse within a specific range from the receiver before it can go into fail safe mode and land. If you turn off your transmitter and the receiver keeps sending out the last signal it received the flight controller will never go into fail safe. I think that is what is happening in this situation, the receiver notices that the transmitter turns off but instead of changing the signal it keeps sending the last signal it received. It is waiting for something before it can go to the next command.
Some all in one flight controller / receivers have shown this issue.
Some stand alone receivers show this issue.
The flysky FSA8S receiver does not have this problem.
The problem may be with the flight controllers configuration but in this video I show that a receiver with a proven working fail safe will make fail safe work in an aircraft like the aurora that has this problem.
