Today it's time to put the company to work as we take the C208 Grand Caravan on a live OnAir Company Flight, selecting a job directly from the marketplace and seeing where the business takes us.
Every decision has consequences. Fuel must be purchased, landing fees paid, and every flight affects the company's reputation and finances. Fly efficiently and we make a profit. Damage the aircraft or cargo, miss deadlines, or make poor operational decisions... and the balance sheet quickly reminds us why running an aviation business isn't easy.
We'll be operating from our home FBO at Augusta Regional before accepting a new assignment and heading wherever the OnAir economy sends us.
Later in the stream, we'll prepare for Thursday's VATSIM flight as we plan an airline service aboard the Boeing 737 MAX from Auckland to Queenstown.
