Risky Batman propellant in an RCS experimental single use case - propellant had much finer 90 micron AP particle sizes than anticipated, over-pressurized the case, and a composite layer sheered off at the forward closure. I was pretty sure the case would pop radially so I dug a hole in the ground at FAR instead of putting it on a test stand. Fun reminder of the inherent danger with this stuff!
