We've all been there - everybody is around you, speaking lovey-dovey, having a romantic cuddle and / or a smooch, but you're still single and alone. It's hard to not let it get to you, sometimes. For Fluttershy, that's exactly the case, and it's bringing her entire mood down with her saddened, aching heart. Luckily, she has Pinkie Pie to talk to in order to give her an idea of what love tastes like!
