The Crime Lord of the Sewers John Silver gets "his" Ruby back from Charlie Magne, Blitzo reveals that he's from up-top and John Silver shows Blitzo his "Royal" collection, but when Blitzo slips out a word that John Silver DIDN'T want to hear and accidentally destroys the collection, John Silver sentences Blitzo and Charlie Magne to be Frozen.
