Council meeting where discussion on how to move forward with fluoridation order by the Director-General of Health was attended by over 200 people, with people having to stand outside.
Council ultimately decided to request permission not to start fluoridation until the completion of the New Health New Zealand vs Director-General of Health judicial review, due to be heard next year.
