Take your plan for a proactive maintenance (PM) program and turn it into reality. To get started, you need features that make it easy to set up your image organization and inspection routines. With the TiS55+ and TiS75+, you’re well on your way to implementing a successful PM program.

Your tools need to hold up to your environment and give you results you can rely on. When you grab your Fluke meter, you know you’re going to get an accurate reading—every single time. We’ve put more than 70 years of experience and expertise into engineering our Fluke Thermal Cameras to be consistently reliable.

Rugged. Reliable. Accurate.
At Fluke, we know accidents happen—tools will be dropped, kicked, stepped on or knocked over. You shouldn’t have to replace a tool because it fell off the workbench or was splashed with water or dirt. That’s why we designed the TiS55+ and TiS75+ thermal cameras to withstand a 2-meter drop and be water/dust resistant (IP54). You need to know that your camera will start up every time.

Ditch the clipboard
With so many inspections in your day, it can be hard to remember what you saw and where that was. Maybe you carry around a clipboard to jot down notes onto. The TiS55+ and TiS75+ come with built-in personal assistants, which means you can finally ditch the clipboard and have all the information you need in the images you take, including:
• Voice annotation
o Record up to 60 seconds per thermal image
o Identify exactly what you see in real time
• IR-PhotoNotes
o Take photos of asset numbers and other identifiers
o Use as a reference when looking at the thermal image on your computer
• Asset Tagging
o Sort your thermal images by asset
o Scan a QR code on your asset, then start capturing thermal images
o Connect your camera to your computer to view the images, sorted by asset

Be proactive instead of reactive
Take your plan for a proactive maintenance (PM) program and turn it into reality. To get started, you need features that make it easy to set up your image organization and inspection routines. With the TiS55+ and TiS75+, you’re well on your way to implementing a successful PM program.
• Asset Tagging allows you to easily compare asset images over time.
• Scanning the QR code on each asset creates a timeline of your inspections.
• Use the time saved (25% on average spent organizing thermal images) to analyze asset images for trends, diagnosing issues and fixing problems before they become failures.

Step up to the TiS75+
This new Fluke thermal camera stays true to our mantra of giving the customer more than they paid for. The Fluke TiS75+ offers features to help you tackle almost anything you’ll face in the field. In addition to the features noted above, the TiS75+ also includes:
• IS3 and AVI video recording
• Data streaming
• 384 x 288 thermal resolution
• High temperature range—up to 550 C
• Dew-point calculation

Building health matters
The three most detrimental things to building health are:
1. Moisture.
2. Moisture.
3. And Moisture.

Building inspectors always look for moisture—that’s why Fluke includes a dew-point calculation in the TiS75+ thermal camera. Dew point is the temperature where the air is cooled to where it is saturated with water. When this happens, moisture develops and wreaks havoc on buildings. Once dew point is calculated the camera will display the Dew Point Color Alarm. Everything the camera displays that is at the dew point temperature and below will display as a thermal image. Everything above will display as a visual light image. This allows you to see where in the image condensation is occurring, and a scale of how far objects are below the dew point. For example, if you took a cup and filled it with ice water, the dew point color alarm would show only the cup in IR and the rest of image in visual light.
