I will show the Fluke 1587 Insulation Multimeter that can test to be sure insulation can stand up to high voltage without breaking down. The Fluke 1587 can test up to 1000 VDC. This testing is also known as HiPot, Megger, Megohm, and dielectric withstand testing.
