Chord Input and Block Logic
Chords (comma-separated): Define the chord for each block, e.g. Amin, Asus2, F
Lengths (comma-separated floats): Optional per-chord durations like 1, 0.5, 2. If empty, uses the uniform fallback:
Block length (bars): Default duration for each block when no per-chord lengths are specified
Note Selection Logic
Select starting from position: Start selecting notes from this index in each block
How many notes to select per block: Select N notes per block
Skip notes between selections: Controls step size between selected notes
Delete unselected notes: Removes all unselected notes after processing
Chord Matching and Pitch Snap
Semitone shift (up/down): Raw pitch shift before snapping
Snap shift to chord tones: Quantizes note pitch to nearest chord tone
Use next chord as bridge reference: Uses both current and next block’s chord and note data for snapping
Snapping logic applies across all octaves, including neighboring block’s notes if enabled
Note Insertion Logic
Insert new notes after group: Clone the last selected note and insert new notes after it
Inserted note semitone shift: Transpose inserted note before snapping
Inserted note position shift (ticks): Shift timing of inserted notes (± ticks)
How many notes to insert: Number of new notes to add per group
Insert note channel/color: MIDI channel (color) of inserted notes
Additional Transformations
Flip Pitch (Y axis): Inverts pitch within block range
Flip Time (X axis): Mirrors timing within block range
