24 minute Pink Floyd medley performed by Shadow Gallery.
Part 1:
Pigs on the Wing Part I / Fearless / Mother / (The Post War Dream) / (The Thin Ice) / Bike / Brain Damage / Tienneman's Square / Goodbye Blue Sky / Point Me at the Sky / Your Possible Pasts
Lyrics:
[a) Pigs on the Wing - Part I]
If you didn't care
what happened to me
And I didn't care
for you
We would zig zag our way
through the boredom and pain
Occasionally glancing up through the rain
Wondering which of the buggers to blame
And watching
for pigs on the wing
[b) Fearless]
You say the hill's too steep to climb
Climb it
You say you'd like to see me try
climbing
You pick the place and I'll choose the time
And I'll climb that hill in my own way
Just wait a while for the right day
And as I rise above the tree lines and the clouds
I look down
Hearing the sound of the things you've said today
Fearlessly the idiot faced the crowd
Smiling
Merciless the magistrate turns 'round
Frowning
And who's the fool who wears the crown
Go down
In your own way
And every day is the right day
And as you rise above the fear-lines in his brow
You look down
Hearing the sound of the faces
in the crowd
[c) Mother (The Post War Dream / Thin Ice)]
Mother do you think they'll drop the bomb?
(Tell me true, Tell me why)
Mother do you think they'll like the song?
(Was Jesus Crucified?)
(Maggie, What have we done?)
Mother do you think they'll try to break my Balls?
Mother should I build a wall?
Mother do you think she's good enough?
(Momma loves her baby and Daddy loves you too)
Mother do you think she's dangerous?
(And the sea may look warm to you babe)
(And the sky may look blue)
Mother will she tear your little boy apart?
Mother will she break my heart?
[d) Bike]
I's got a bike
You can ride it if you like
It's got a bar, bell a basket
Reflectors and a spider seat
Cards on the spoke wheels
Customized license plates
A bell that rings and
Lots of, Lots of. Lots of
Lots of things to make it look good
I'd give it to you if I could
[e) Brain Damage]
The lunatic is in my head
The lunatic is in my head
Remembering days
and daisy chains and laughs
Got to keep the loonies on the path
[f) (Tienneman's Square / Goodbye Blue Sky)]
(And I grieve for my sister)
Did did did did you see the frightened ones?
Did did did did you hear the falling bombs?
[g) Point Me at the Sky]
Hey Jean, this is Henry McClean
And I've finished my beautiful flying machine
And I'm ringing to say that I'm leaving
And maybe you'd like to come with me
And hide with me baby
[h) Your Possible Pasts]
Do you remember me?
How we used to be
Do you think we should be closer?

The Marriage of Heaven and Hell (1790-1793):

Themes from William Blakes The Marriage of Heaven and Hell album by Ulver:

[Plate 4] All Bibles or sacred codes have been the causes of the following Errors:
1. That Man has two real existing principles, Viz: a Body & a Soul.
2. That Energy, calld Evil, is alone from the Body; & that Reason, calld Good, is alone from the Soul.
3. That God will torment Man in Eternity for following his Energies.
But the following Contraries to these are True.
1. Man has no Body distinct from his Soul, for that calld Body is a portion of Soul discernd by the five Senses, the chief inlets of Soul in this age.
2. Energy is the only life and is from the Body and Reason is the bound or outward circumference of Energy.
3. Energy is Eternal Delight.
[Plate 5]
Those who restrain desire do so because theirs is weak enough to be restrained; and the restrainer of reason usurps its place & governs the unwilling.
And being restrained it by degrees becomes passive till it is only the shadow of desire.
The history of this is written in Paradise Lost, & the Governor of Reason is calld Messiah.
And the original Archangel, or possessor of the command of the heavenly host, is calld the Devil or Satan, and his children are calld Sin & Death.
But in the Book of Job Miltons Messiah is calld Satan.
For this history has been adopted by both parties.
It indeed appeard to Reason as if Desire was cast out, but the Devils account is, that the Messiah
[Plate 6] fell & formed a heaven of what he stole from the Abyss.
This is shewn in the Gospel, where he prays to the Father to send the comforter or Desire that Reason may have Ideas to build on, the Jehovah of the Bible being no other than he who dwells in flaming fire.
Know that after Christs death, he became Jehovah.
But in Milton, the Father is Destiny, the Son, a Ratio of the five senses, & the Holy-ghost, Vacuum!
Note. The reason Milton wrote in fetters when he wrote of Angels & God, and at liberty when of Devils & Hell, is because he was a true Poet and of the Devils party without knowing it.
[Plate 11] (The ancient Poets animated all sensible objects with Gods or Geniuses, calling them by the names and adorning them with the properties of woods, rivers, mountains, lakes, cities, nations, and whatever their enlarged & numerous senses could percieve.
And particularly they studied the genius of each city & country, placing it under its mental deity.)
Till a system was formed, which some took advantage of & enslavd the vulgar by attempting to realize or abstract the mental deities from their objects; thus began Priesthood.
Choosing forms of worship from poetic tales.
And at length they pronounced that the Gods had ordered such things.
Thus men forgot that All deities reside in the human breast. William Blake - Voice of the Devil (performed by Ulver)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/VRx2REJ4FNM/mqdefault.jpg)

HQ(stereo): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZKkxAQYxyE&fmt=18 Blade Runner rooftop scene and random space graphics, all in glorious old school 320x240 resolution.
Ive seen things you people wouldnt believe.
Attack ships on fire
off the shoulder of Orion.
Ive watched C-beams
glitter in the dark
near the Tannhäuser Gate.
All those moments
will be lost
in time
like tears in the rain.
