POI HEADS
Flowtoys poi have a range of poi head options for different poi styles:
- pods: silicone, soft and cushy on impact, light is well diffused, more streamlined than spheres, mid-weight, versatile - especially good for dance
- coral: silicone, soft and cushy on impact, light is well diffused, 95mm spheres, heavier - good for contact, juggling
- stick-shaped: polycarbonate tubes and silicone caps, streamlined, light is less diffused, adjustable weight, good for glowsticking style or performance

POI LEASHES & HANDLES
Flowtoys poi come with either 6mm smithy or 10mm FPC leashes and most come with a silicone "uni" knob handle, unless you opt for the LED capsule handles. All leashes are adjustable. The main differences are thickness and weight, and stiffness/suppleness.
- 6mm smithy leash is more supple and responsiveness, generally better for poi swinging, poi dance, or faster styles
- 10mm FPC leash is stiffer, heavier, better for tosses, poi juggling, floats and stalls

LIGHT ENGINES
The main difference between capsule lights and vision are:
- capsule lights are more economical
- vision lights have more light output and more modes
- capsule lights are modular and interchangeable between many different flowtoys
