Not break bedrock ceiling: 39,000 wither skeletons per hour (35 skulls/min)
Break bedrock ceiling: 56,000 wither skeletons per hour (50 skulls/min)
The nether fortress I used is 33 blocks high. If you search for 41 blocks high nether fortress, you can add another layer of spawning module. If you dont break bedrock ceiling, spawning space is relevant to rate, thus you will get 20% more drops from this farm. If you broke bedrock, then you will get around 10% more drops, also mob cap may not be enough.
But this farms biggest problem is the lag, you need to make sure your computer/server could keep it up if you want to add another layer.
About pumpkin dispenser in the last video:
In theory, you can kill wither skeletons that cant put on pumpkins using dogs, and only send wither skeletons with pumpkins to the nether and killed by player.
This will make skulls drop rate lower (only 55% of them could take the advantage of looting 3)
But, all wither skeletons that return to the nether will not fill mob cap, so we can fill full mob cap using spawning modules.
In this case, wither skeletons only have 7gt filling the mob cap. Using this design in the video, it will only fill 20% mob cap which means we can build a 24 portals range version, finial rate will be 3 times than this, up to 100 skulls/min.
Unfortunately, thats only the theory because its lag is unbearable.

【Original description traslation】
The size of this perimeter is R200 and is intended for future use as a chest hall.
The 3-way used for bombing is a self-returning 3-way double TNT quarry designed with Crazy_H. The first two bombings used an intermediate version of the self-returning 3-way, and the first bombing also stopped several times because it was not completely snow-proof, and only after repairing it worked properly. Under the last tunnel bore video, I saw someone mention the anvil being used in nether as an explosion proof block. So with the intention of trying, I tried to make a simpler tunnel bore, but the anvil was special and the final tunnel bore was not easy to build, so I relegated it to Silly Redstone Technology.
Although the final machine looks relatively simple, I ran into a number of problems during development. The video only shows a few of them, such as the point where the TNT falls determining whether or not it will blow up the tunnel bore itself, whether or not the explosion is powerful enough for the lower piston to pass through, and the random momentum of the TNT causing the tunnel bore to blow up. Ive also put other failed versions of it in the world download.
Anyone interested can improve it and reduce the consumables to make it really practical.

[Short summary]
A nice honey farm design that dont need to fill all slot in the dispenser to make the farm work.
All bottles are in the dropper above (Dont need to fill it up). Dropper will give dispenser 1 bottle at a time. The dispenser will activate twice to collect honey and dispense honey bottle.
There are two designs. The button one only works in 1.16+. The repeater one will works in both 1.15 and 1.16.
If bottles are used up and the farm in the wrong state, you can reset it by replacing redstone/repeater. (1:30 in video)
