The basic process was the following:
First, I applied some texture to the white sheet of thick paper, using a beautiful stencil and a modeling paste.
Then, I found a place for my main photo (yes, that's me some years ago! :) and arranged the flower composition around it. I used striking A. B. Studio paper to do so. It was pure joy to fussy cut all the flowers out of it.
Later, I added some Prima Marketing Inc flowers and some lace to add some volume. Art pebbles gave me a chance to add some extra glamour to layout.
However I liked it white, I still felt like I needed some golden spark, so I took Sparks acrylic paint "Unicorn Hair" (my favorite!) and added some flowing color to the texture on the background, to the chipboard and the lace here and there.
White splatter of moisturized heavy gesso finished the look.
