NB: 100/3 072 (blue on snowman's scarf), 725 (belt buckle) and Gobelins 634 (snowman arms) are very limited use and could be substituted with any blue, gold, and brown silk already in stash
The Prairie Schooler 2011 Santa is stitched with an almost identical conversion, also on Cloister Cream:

100/3 Blanc with Accentuate 312
Both use Miyuki 15/0 hex cut beads, DBSC-0050, available from Caravan Beads, for the running stitch edging, and the green alternate shown is 15C-156
And the first version uses 6 and 8mm crystal bicone pendants stitched onto the AVAS #8 metallic braid hanger, which you can buy here: artbeads.com/prestige-article-6328-bicone-pendants
The second version uses Rainbow Gallery Fuzzy Stuff, color FZ15 in straight stitches for the beard
My mother's stitch of JBW Designs French Country Crown used Gobelins 779, stitched one over one
