Welcome to my channel all about cross stitch! In this episode I show 2 new starts, a finished object. Starting Jan 1st @The303stitcher Kim and I will be playing stitch Monopoly - in this episode we discuss the gameplay and do our first rolls...hope you'll play along! The rules are also listed below.

Monopoly Rules:
1. No buying properties on first go around the board. Do half the amount shown on the board.
2. 1 stitch is 1 stitch regardless of type.
3. You have to complete the prior round’s stitching before rolling again.
4. Purchase price is as per the board, but in #stitches instead of $
5. Rent:
1. if you own part of the colour set, rent collected = 1/2 of the purchase price
2. if you own the entire colour set, rent collected = 1.5 times the purchase price of the property you landed on
6. Community Chest = New Start! 1,000x
7. Chance = spin a wheel to choose your wip and do 200x
8. Free Parking = free choice of what to work on; do 200x
9. Squeeze Play = roll 2 dice to see penalty for the other players:
1. 2-4: 50x
2. 5-8: 100x
3. 9-12: 150x
10. Roll 3 = choose a number 1st, then roll 3 dice and compare to determine your penalty:
1. 1 match: 50 penalty
2. 2 matches: 100 penalty
3. 3 matches: 150 penalty
11. Bonus: 300x
12. Tax Refund: 150x
13. Income Tax: 400
14. Go: 200x if you pass Go; 400 if you land on it
15. Jail: doubles or 500x
16. Just visiting = 50x
17. Reverse direction = 100x
