A flurry of activity surrounded the Little Rock location of Tipton & Hurst's flower shop on Thursday, February 12, 2026. The store was filled with florists preparing for Valentine's Day weekend. Tipton & Hurst owner Howard Hurst gave a behind-the-scenes tour of the operation that includes shipments of flowers arriving from all around the world to be unpacked and turned into pristine bouquets around the state.
