This is a DriveLapse from Pinellas County Florida to Hillsborough CountyFlorida on the first day of Governor Ron DeSantis Stay at Home order. Shot between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. The roads were not empty, but they would usually be full at this time. I posted as a reference, many are ignoring the order.
