Mother Scytodes with slings. She carries the sac around to protect it. The eggs inside transform into a state referred to as eggs with legs, where it's clear they are immature spiders with thick stubby legs. Once the mother senses they've begun molting from that skin she chews holes in the sac so they can escape. You can see the shed skins littering the remains of the sac.
