A man is recovering after he was bitten by a shark off the Florida Keys, with the Coast Guard sharing that the victim is now in stable condition. A group of nurses were nearby when it happened and were able to apply a tourniquet to the man’s leg. “He looked like he was in rough shape. Time was of the essence,” one of the nurses said. NBC’s George Solis reports for TODAY.
