Flood watch continues in Western NY as rain turns to snow | Joe Martucci reports  @breakingone4129

A flood watch is in effect for all of Western New York until 2 p.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service says that heavy rain from this storm system may rise streams and creeks above their banks, flooding out roads and properties. Meteorologist Joe Martucci says a cold rain will turn to snow at times. The storm won't fully exit until Friday. Tune in for the latest.
