Here's a step-by-step method of putting together a flip flop journal. Once you make one, you'll definitely want to make more!

Journal has 5 signatures (40 pages) & measures 4" x 7-3/4". It's very easy to resize, too. Be sure to reinforce the cardstock before sewing in the signatures to prevent tearing. Printables used are "Places of the Past" from CraftyCatUSA on Etsy. Thanks so much for watching! :)

CUTTING GUIDE:
1 piece cardstock -- 4" x 5", score at 1"
6 pieces cardstock -- 5" x 7-3/4", score at 1"
5 signatures -- 4 pages each (largest 7-1/2" x 7-1/2")
2 cover/inside cover mats -- 2-7/8" x 4-7/8"
10 page mats -- 3-7/8" x 7-5/8"
1 tag for side pocket -- 4" x 7"
