This is a Navigator Ivara build allowing you to control projectiles with special properties such as Nataruk and Zenistar to create a wasteland of gas, heat and dead enemies as if you have channelled the fury of a Dragon.
The basic idea is that the Piercing Navigator augment provides a +50% bonus to BASE CRITICAL CHANCE, that is BEFORE mods are applied, meaning Nataruk can deal Tier 4 red crits and Zenistar's Disc which normally has 0% crit deals potential Tier 5 red crits due to the high bonus of melee mods. This is further combined with Empowered Quiver which boosts the Critical Damage, Navigator's inherent final damage multiplier and Prowl's headshot multiplier which fixes Nataruk's inherent lack of a headshot multiplier.
Nataruk has infinite body punchthrough meaning as long as you don't run into walls or run out of energy, you can stay locked in as a Nataruk arrow indefinitely with the insane damage multiplier and crit boosts, potentially doing upwards of 100 million damage with every hit. Gas is used as the element as it creates lingering gas traps that continue to damage enemies (thanks to AznvasionsPlays for always trying to bring Gas back).
Tenet Arca Plasmor is also an amazing choice of projectile due to it's insane hitbox that can cover entire corridors and small rooms. Even though it does not technically have infinite body punchthrough, hitting enemies with the outside of the projectile doesn't seem to use up punchthrough meaning it is effectively infinite too as long as you don't hit them center on.
Finally, while Zenistar is but a shadow of it's former self post-nerf, we can make it somewhat viable again by giving the aura a 50% base crit to hit 400%+ final crit after mods, as well as 4.2x final crit damage.
