I hope this video helps y'all understand the reality of our lifestyle a bit more and prepares you if you're interested in being a flight attendant! I've been flying for 3.5 years now and I literally make just under $2000 a MONTH. I fly about 60-80 hours every month. I barely have any money in savings - not because I'm not good at budgeting or spend a lot of money (I don't, I'm a major penny-pincher!), but because we don't make a lot. My vlogging camera? I used Christmas money and my tax return for that. A flight attendant salary does not allow for shopping sprees, eating out all the time, new cameras, or designer things... unless you save up for them over time or have very generous family members or spouses.
