The FlexCNC 4th Axis is an optional rotary axis designed to add rotational movement to the machining process, allowing multiple faces of a part to be machined in a single setup.
Instead of stopping the job to remove and re-fixture a part, the 4th Axis keeps the material securely clamped while rotating it throughout the program. This reduces handling time, improves positional accuracy, and helps eliminate alignment issues that can occur when repositioning long or complex parts.
