Each size is available with or without a bearing. If you're using a door jig system that relies on template guide bushings, choose the bits without bearings and continue using the guide bushings you already have.
If you don’t have a commercial template system, the bearing-guided bits simplify the process by eliminating the offset calculations required with guide bushings.
