Started the day off by getting organized with the small inventory of steel bolts and fastener storage. Proceed to work-ready the JGRO homemade CNC router. Fitted a self designed (polycarbonate) dust skirt and shoe to machine using PVC and bolts. Magnets were used to hold dust skirt to router head. Several vacuum tubes were put together to form a dust pickup for the newly crafted shoe also out of plexiglass sheets. Finished by leveling off the table (MDF) using a 1/2 inch end mill that came with my new router. I also cut the collar of the Harbor Freight router and removed the lower part with a grinder. Looks Good! and Works Great!
