What "science" says because "science" is the "truth". And because through astronomy, physics, biology, genetics, anthropology, paleontology and chemistry we get to know everything about natural things.

No. You have just accepted what you've been told; in other words, they have deposited information in you.

Which would be the way you could use your brain in a correct way?

Analyzing if what you've been taught is true or false, and investigate and find it out for yourself.
