Steve | Flat Earth Celestial Clock v3.31 - Bering Sea (Sun Mercury analemmas) Jun 2016 to Feb 2017 @SteveFlatEarth | Uploaded January 2017 | Updated October 2024, 14 hours ago.
Sun Mercury analemmas Jun 2016 to Feb 2117
JPL HORIZONS ephemerides data animated on an azimuthal equidistant "flat earth" map.
New in v3.31
Added 92 brightest stars, with color in Kelvin and visual magnitude represented in diameter.
Flat Moon, Sun and Stars. Planets will be flattened in next version. Needed because the refraction in the atmosplane makes spherical objects look egg shaped. If they are flat, this doesn't happen because it's the vertical dimension that is most effected by refraction.
