This is a second attempt at flashing neon lamp, while not as relaxing to watch as the Tesla coil it needs more explanation. So much so that I have dedicated a web page to the design at: tuopeek.com/microwave.html

Be aware that the sound track produced by this magnetron plasma oscillator is nosy and annoying. Turn the sound down before starting video.

Note that experiments like these require a good understanding of the hazards and should only be attempted with suitable competency ratings.
