This meme, dedicated to this dead AU of mine, Grownuptale

Anyway, just some representations because I bet people would point out:
Rotis is the light to Sitor, while Sitor is the shadow to Rotis, so you can see why in 0:27, the movements are different, same thing in 0:36

Also, the background saids everything about the world we’re looking at

Rotis’ scenes are more clearer, while Sitor has a mirror in front of him (except in 0:39) and a bumpy looking background
The mirror fading early and got more darker in 0:57 are not editing mistakes, it’s a representation of whether Sitor is getting close to Rotis or further away, seeing how when he eases near Rotis, is like the barrier is gone, but Rotis doesn’t seem to like it, so Sitor backs off, the barrier is there again

In which he couldn’t get close to Rotis anymore, as Rotis destroyed the mirror, telling him to get out of his head
