The intro/attract animation that plays after you idle on the title screen of various Sega Saturn demo discs. Domestically, this, and the same menu music was used in all "Flash SegaSaturn" demo discs volumes 12 and onward. It was also used in the European counterpart "Sega Flash" volumes 3 and onward, however, the Japanese Sega Saturn logo was replaced with the international one. In the United States, this was used in the discs "Bootleg II: On the Road/Sega Screams Vol.1" and "Sega Screams Vol.2". Not sure why SoA tried to go to edgy with those discs, but kept the same bubbly and happy music/vibe of the original Japanese demo discs. All of the discs mentioned use the same menu music internationally.
