INGREDIENTS:
300 g Porridge Oats
150 g Butter
85 g Brown Sugar
5 tbsp Golden Syrup
STEP 1: COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
You can combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix by hand, but make sure the butter is soft otherwise you’ll be there all day. The quickest way, is to use a food processor and your children can help you pour all the ingredients in.
STEP 2: SPOON MIXTURE IN
Lightly grease a muffin tray, flat baking tray or something similar. Spoon the mixture in and press it down to help it combine during cooking.
STEP 3: BAKE AND SERVE
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. It’s important not to under cook them otherwise they won’t hold their shape and will be a bit too chewy.
