Oh boy, do I have a lot to say about this one.
A few days ago, @pxliqq reached out to me on the Song File Hub Discord server, and asked if I would like to collaborate with him on a Flamewall mashup. It sounded like a fun idea, so I decided to join him!
We talked it over for a bit, and eventually, we decided that we wanted our mashup to have some sort of "theme" to it. pxliq came up with the idea to only use songs off DAMN., and I thought that was a great concept, so we went through with it.
This took a lot of work, but we're really proud with how it came out. I'm probably not gonna do something like this again for a long time, because this was super exhausting, but I'm glad it happened!
pxliq came up with the concept, chose HUMBLE. and BLOOD., and added the vocals from 0:00 to 4:02
I chose XXX. and DNA., added the vocals from 4:02 to 6:47, fixed all of the (many) sync issues, and did all of the mixing
Please make sure to check out @pxliqq, because without him, none of this would've happened. He mostly posts on TikTok (he uses the same tag there as he does on YouTube), so go check him out there.
Shoutout to @Drakanja for making the thumbnail; it looks awesome! He didn't need to make it for us, but he did regardless, so it's really appreciated π
And finally, shoutout to Nzim on the xdBot Discord server for making the macro for this level. They saved me a lot of time!
